The room has a double bed, a spacious closet, a bedside table and an extra storage cabinet with drawers. Should you need one, the landlord will buy you a desk and a desk chair too. He also offered to change the mattress if you require so.

We're two professionals (one's working in finance, the other one's in advertising), looking for a third flatmate (preferably professional too).

We always keep the flat very quiet and clean so we are looking for someone who fits this. While we have a living room space, we use it mostly as storage or guest room if need be.

The area is nice, quiet and has pretty much everything.
- Fun-wise: loads of things to do in close proximity - Bermondsey Street, Borough Market or Southbank to name a few, all within a short walking distance, as well as other hidden gems like Maltby Street.
- Sports-wise: a selection of many good gyms all very close, and a great spot for jogging/working out outside.
- Health-wise, Guy's hospital just down the street and many adjacent GP practices around.
