Social flat looking for third roomie

One room has opened in a sociable London Bridge flat. The flat is just by Tower Bridge between a Tesco and a Sainsbury’s and a short walk from all of the cool bars and cafes of Bermondsey street. London Bridge station is also a short walk away with excellent bus connections to Shoreditch, Soho and Southbank. Though the flat is pretty central, it is also very quiet and relaxed with a small park adjacent to the building.

About you:
We’re looking for a full-time-ish professional or mayyyyybe a mature student who is clean, nice and generally fun to be around. The current flatmates are pretty sociable, so you should be too (peer pressure), but equally enjoys and respects individual time. Must be into random wine/beer nights and gay/gay-friendly/generally awesome.

Rent comes to £590 billed monthly. Bills are not included (but generally around £80-90,), with deposit at £617 (held in a deposit scheme). That’s basically all of the money stuff.
