Walking distance to Shad Thames, More London, Bermondsey Street (<5 mins), Tower Hill station, Bermondsey and Borough (10-15 mins). Location is perfect if you work in the City/London Bridge/Southwark/Waterloo etc, thus saving substantially on travel costs.

BILLS
Bills are excluded. Bills include gas and electricity, fibre broadband, service charge, water rates and council tax (band D). This equates to £250pcm and is payable to the landlord in addition based on a fair use policy.
