Room available for 3 - 4 weeks until end of April: Lovely, light and airy double room in a two-bedroom flat in London Bridge (zone 1) at a very reasonable price. This really is right in the middle of London - walking distance to any of the major attractions you can think of. And there are no agency fees to worry about.

It's a flat share with a friendly, tidy couple and a small, very cute dog! She is a very small poodle cross and therefore doesn't shed fur, is well trained and doesn't smell. Our main priority is finding a decent, considerate flatmate.

- 4 minute walk to London Bridge station and 6 minute walk to Borough station
- 5 minute walk to Borough Market
- 2 Sainsburys/2 Tescos nearby
- Guy's Hospital across the street
- Miller Pub around the corner (great craft beers, ping pong, outside terrace)
- Great curry house next door with friendly staff!
- loads of shops, restaurants, bars nearby

Flat is split into 3 levels:

- Ground level: kitchen
- 1st level: one large double bedroom and one small closet room
- 2nd level: your room and the shared bathroom (with bath!)
- storage space on the 1st and 2nd level

Room comes with:

- single bed with new mattress
- large bedroom with plenty of space for storage
- shelves
- requests for new furniture considered!
- you would be welcome to share our garage for storage of items like suitcases (it's a few yards from the flat and rented separately by us).
