The bedroom is large with two big double wardrobes built in. Bed, two bedside tables and chest of drawers also included. Mattress is new (6 weeks). The ensuite has a walk in shower with waterfall and handheld shower heads. There is lots of storage in the bathroom for toiletries.

Current flatmate is a professional in the catering industry.

Deposit is £1558 (half with other tenant, Spareroom wouldn’t let me post for some reason), total deposit was £3,115.38 and is held under the Insured Deposit Scheme which I will provide.

*note - there is scaffolding on the building at the moment whilst they build in the airspace, this doesn’t affect anything
