Lovely Double room on Bermondsey Street

Hi, I have a lovely modern apartment right in the heart of Bermondsey Street and have a double room available for one/two people in a great location. I'm currently offering the room on a short-term basis only. The rent is £350 per week or £370 for couples. This can be reduced to £300/£320 if you only require the room Mon-Fri. I am happy to provide bedding and towels at no extra charge. My apartment is 2 bed, both bedrooms are a decent size and there is an open-plan kitchen/lounge. I enjoy BBQs on the roof and going for drinks/dinner on Bermondsey Street with friends. It's a fantastic area with so much to do, chic bars and restaurants and such easy access to the City, the Southbank and pretty much everywhere. The rent includes all bills and wifi. I would appreciate someone who is clean and tidy, someone who enjoys a drink in the evening and who is sociable and considerate! I'm 32 and work in the drinks industry (whisky lovers welcome!).
