One ensuite double bedroom is available in a very nice and spacious 2 bedroom flat in SE1. The room is available from now (July 2014) until mid September.
The location of the flat is amazing being 10 minutes walking from both London Bridge and Borough underground and even less from Tower Bridge, City Hall, bars and restaurants on Bermondsey Street, More London and Shad Thames.
The room is a spacious en suite double with a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The flat has a spacious living room, separate kitchen and another bathroom. Private parking is also available can be provided.
I am looking for a responsible friendly professional in his/her late twenties to mid-thirties who would be happy treat the place as a home.
About me: I am a 31 year old professional, friendly, outgoing clean and tidy. I like to socialize, go out, watching sport and movies and to organize the occasional dinner at home.
