Beautiful clean room in London Bridge with balcony

Hi, a beautiful spacious clean double room with wooden floors and a balcony is available for rent in a newly built block of apartments in 1st zone(London Bridge area-3 minutes from Tower bridge).
The 3 bedroom flat is in a fantastic location, it is very modern, simple and cosy; with hardwood floors throughout(no filthy carpets here😀). We also have a cleaner, so this place is very clean.

The flat has a spacious bathroom, 3 rooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is small but we don’t mind as we cook only occasionally and when we do cook, we only make quick and healthy meals, so this accommodation is suitable for a person who is into healthy eating too😀

The room itself has a brand new mattress and double bed, big spacious wardrobe and a big contemporary glass desk(excellent for studying). The room is for a single girl only, not couples and no smokers, thank you.

I am a health professional and also a student and another flatmate is also a student. We are very nice, and kind flatmates, also very busy with our personal and professional lives. We are out almost constantly but when we are at home we are respectful of each other and mostly are in our rooms studying or sleeping:)

So yes, this is extremely clean, very mature, responsible, safe, and independent setting, not a party place so if you also enjoy this type of environment give us a call or drop us an email😊
