Large Double Room with Balcony - Bethnal Green

Hi everyone! Unfortunately our current flatmate Luke is going on secondment to Ethiopia for 6 months meaning we will have a vacant room in our flat from mid-May.

About us:

Elliot, 24 cis gay guy. I’m a trainee lawyer working four days a week in Spitalfields. Quite new to London, i moved out from living with my dad in Essex in February. I like being social, nights out, gym-ing, classical music (i play the cello and piano), and reading, watching tv etc and am trying to learn French.

Ryan 30 cis gay guy. Works in finance for a tech company mainly from home. Aussie who moved to London last year. He likes being social, nights out, playing board games, travelling and is learning Spanish.

About the room:

The room is a fully furnished double with a standing desk and plenty of storage space (big wardrobe). The room adjoins our living room-kitchen and benefits from a balcony with amazing views of the City and Canary Wharf.

About the place:

The apartment is super well connected. We’re two mins walk away from Bethnal Green overground and Bethnal Green Tube and Whitechapel stations are both 5-10 minutes away. We’re also a five minute walk from a big Sainsbury’s, and there are plenty of gyms and other fun things in Whitechapel and Bethnal Green.

About you:

We are looking for someone house trained and chill. Both Ryan and I get along and often hang out outside of the house. However, we both can read a room and understand when someone needs personal space and would like someone who can do the same.
