Single Room In E1

Sadly one of our flatmates is moving back home at the end of April so we have a single bedroom avaliable in the E1 area starting May 1st! The room comes part furnished with a single bed frame and mattress, writing desk, and a wardrobe.

You’re free to replace and reorganise anything you’d like, the landlord is pretty flexible.

10 minute walk to Stepney Green station
15 minute walk to Queen Mary’s University of London

Rent is £896.67 with bills not included, however they are very cheap (gas, electric and water)
All are paid on the first of every month

You’d be living with two other girls - 2nd year undergraduate students. We would prefer another girl but you don’t need to be a student as well! We just ask is that you’re clean and respectful :)
