I will subsidise the rent for these three months making it only around 1033 a month (negotiable) and if you decide to continue your tenancy after September, the rent will be around 1200 a month.

- The area is safe (I come home late from work and Uni daily and feel very comfortable getting home no matter what time)

The current flatmates are really friendly and also share the morals of keeping the place clean and tidy so everyone cleans up after themselves after cooking and washing.
