Room available at Tower House in convenient E1

A room has become available in our 3 bedroom flat ready for a new occupant. There are two couples living in the house at present so ideally we are looking for a single but there is room to upgrade a couple in the next 3 months as some of our other housemates are leaving.

We all come from Melbourne, Australia and work/live full-time in the CBD. As we are all young blooded professionals, we are ideally looking for someone on the same level as us - sociable and fun but respectful especially on a school night.

We are looking for someone who will fit into the family - we don't want to know you're whole life story, but at the same time we don't want you to be the resident ghost.

All bills are non-inclusive in the monthly rental price save for council tax. We pay utilities on a quarterly basis and between 5 of us that generally works out to be £50-60 each for the quarter.
