Seeking friendly flatmate to fill room in E1

Dan, Helen and I have found an amazing place to live right next to Spitalfields, 3 minutes walk to Liverpool St station and 5 minutes to the heart of shoreditch. We loved it so much that we had to have it, so have put a holding deposit down and now just need to find a 4th hosuemate to join us...

We are all fun, sociable people looking to create a lovely home that is nice to come back to after a hard day's work, but also to find a housemate that we can just as easily go out with, in the awesome central location! Perfect for people who (like me) work in the City - I'm looking forward to a 15-20 minute stroll to Bank in the mornings! Rent isn't amazingly cheap, but considering the savings on travel costs makes it more so!

We're ideally looking for another male housemate, so Dan doesn't feel too outnumbered! And someone in their mid-late 20s would be ideal. Please get in touch if this sounds like you or would like more details.
