The Room:

This flat is one of five and is not social housing (and never has been). The monthly rent is £655, the bills are £95 and include WI-FI and a weekly cleaner, the security deposit is £920.

The Location:

You could not ask for a better location; we are in close walking distance to two tube stations - Bethnal Green and Whitechapel, there is a Tesco Express at the end of our street and a Big Sainsbury's only a 5 min walk away. The apartment is perfectly located to enjoy everything East has to offer; Shoreditch High Street 15mins, Broadway Market/London Fields 15 mins, Victoria Park 10mins, Kingsland Rd 15 mins. *Note this is East London...so if social housing, eclectic neighbours and urban character intimidate you, then you need not apply!!

The Flatmates:

You'll be sharing with one French girl and an Aussie couple who are between the ages of 26-29 yrs. We all work in central London and some of us travel for work. We are a busy household but enjoy being social. We all love to cook and keep active.

You:

We are looking for a professional male or female between the age of 25-32 yrs. You are consciously aware of your surroundings and have experience living in shared houses. You are clean, respectful, pleasant, fun, compassionate, genuine. You are not perfect but you try, you are a non-smoker, enjoy cooking and all things food and you love dogs (we aren't allowed to have have pets but dog lovers are always good people).

Viewings:

We plan to hold viewings on Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th October as a few of us are away the next couple of weeks.
