Double room friendly converted brewery - Limehouse

Hi!

We have a double room in a converted brewery going spare. Huge communal open-plan space downstairs, bedrooms in the eaves. A big double door opens in the main space, giving us a semi-balcony overlooking a courtyard that's shared with a few neighbours. very secure too.

Amazing location, 1 minute from Limehouse station and 5 minutes from the Thames.

Unfurnished but shower, bath, 2 toilets, fitted kitchen, washing machine, fridge and we could provide you with a double mattress though you're welcome to get your own.

We have some sick plans for building a table and are buying a sofa and sewing some beanbags but it will be a bit of a work in progress over the next few weeks. If you have your own furniture you're very welcome to bring it...

About us, we're 25 y/o post grad students - pretty hard working and at uni a lot. We also do a lot of art, cycling/hiking and are keen to get into climbing. We are both half hearted activists (please help us be better?), we love growing our own veg (space for pots!) and love food. Would love it if you wanted to do some shared healthy cooking with us. We don't want a tv but you're welcome to get one for your room. Not into partying very often - we're chill and value homeliness - but it's such a nice space we think it would be a shame not to have a party now and again.

Very open minded all we ask is that you are kind, other than that we're stoked to meet anyone and everyone!
