Large kitchen on the ground floor contains all amenities (2 fridges, separate freezer, washing machine, dish washer, 4 grill toaster, rice cooker, micro wave, dinning table etc) to be shared with three other tenants (who each occupiy one of the 4 bedrooms).
The other tenants are professional hard working business people, who like to socialise at meals in or out but otherwise enjoys their own company. Very easy going.
The landlord occasionally works out of the ground floor.. His "office" is where the living room of the house would be. He runs a relaxed easy going lettings regime (with no rent deposits!) where he expects tenants to respect each others needs and possessions. The house is very secure externally, and is usually occupied at all times - so is very safe.)
The landlord runs a property management business so has handy men readily available to fix anything that needs fixing. Its a warm well run orderly house with only 4 overnight occupants - in what is a 4 bedroom house. Lots of space!
Fabulous external south facing garden with bushes, seasonal displays and vine covered canopy over external dinning table and easy chairs. Eat al fresco in the summer!
Located in short cul de sac with no passing traffic. Very nice and quiet!
The bus stop for 135, D7, and D3 is just 100 yards away. The 135 goes to Aldgate, Liverpool Street and Old Street. The D7 to Mile End (Central Line). Both go through Canary Wharf, so access Canary Wharf/Jubilee/Elizabeth lines are a breeze - as is Bank on the DLR.
Mudchute DLR station is 4 mins walk. Also, the house is close to foot tunnel to Greenwich, and local parks. Nice pub within 100 yards!
