The room is part of a 3 bed house, with a spacious living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a large kitchen. The room comes semi-furnished, the white furniture from the pictures is mine, but I am willing to sell the bed base, shelves and chest of drawers for £170 altogether.
The neighbourhood is very quiet, and there is a small green area in front of the house. We also have a garage, which we use for storage because none of us owns a car.
