Double room near Shoreditch High Street

I’m sadly leaving my double room in Bethnal Green, just 15 mins from Shoreditch high street and 5 mins from BethnalGreen station.

It’s super well connected, there’s an open space with kitchen/living room, and a shared bathroom with just one other person. Also, there is a terrace upstairs, perfect for summer wine/coffee/chats with friends.

You’d be living with Rachel, Andy and Robbie, very friendly, sociable and super chilled people (26-30 years old).

Rent is due on the 28th of each month, so I’m looking for someone to take the room before then.
Here are the costs:
Rent £829
Water £54pm, £13.5 each
Council tax £161, £41.7 each
Internet £28.04, £7.01 each
Gas & Electric depending on months, but never higher than £50 each

Room comes unfurnished, I’m selling bed frame, desk and clothing rail for £150
