A large double Bedroom available in E3
Available immediately for a maximum of 3 months that can be discussed ,in a 3 bedroom spacious house with drive and patio.

We are 2 persons ,single gay/straight professional male.
I own the property and I knew the tenant before he moved in.
We are professional minded one Fashion Designer and one Chef. We cook, eat in, eat out, go for a drink "regular people" we don't take life too seriously, we are ideally looking for someone of similar age *30's early 40's ,of responsible mindset ,cleanliness and tidiness is important thing as we like to keep the place clean and tidy as you go ,its nice to have a clean tidy space to relax in.
I smoke occasionally.

The HOUSE:
Large bright & airy home with lots of natural sunlight & a small landscaped sun trap at the back. Fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. A toilet on both levels. The living room / dining room is very spacious.

THE ROOM:
Lovely large bright & airy double room with double mattress & rails.

Available now on a 3 month short term let with potential to extend.
