Hi there,

A quick snippet about me and the property;
My name is Alice, I am 34years old professional working in the City. I live in a two bed cosy apartment in Hackney Wick - E3 2XF and am currently renting a large double room on the fifth floor which has access to the balcony with canal views. You will also have access to the gym & concierge service.

Hackney Wick, Stratford and Bow station are all walking distance from the property. Victoria park is a 2minute walk away which is a lovely asset to the area. If you venture a little further you can enjoy the lovely shops along Broadway market too.

There are lots of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, a butchers and a bakery close by as well as the The Tampery, Here East and Stratford Westfield shopping centre. Next door we also have the London stadium & the Queen Elizabeth’s Olympic park which is less than a 10minute walk away.

Hopefully you’re a pet lover as I also have a 7year old female cat named Winnie who is a very relaxed cat.
