Double room with bathroom in Fish Island

Hello!

I am looking for a flatmate to share my brand new flat in Fish Island - Hackney Wick.

The flat has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you can have exclusive use of one bathroom.

There are all the modern facilities you would expect in a new building (dishwasher, washing machine etc.), it is well furnished, and it has a balcony.
The location is right on the Lea River, with Hackney Wick, Stratford and Pudding Mill Lane stations at 10/15 min walking distance.

The area is very quiet but it is only a 10 min walk from buzzy Hackney Wick. As the building is right on the canal, you can just walk downstairs and go for a stroll or a run by the canal. The area is very green and it is surrounded by parks (Victoria park and the Olympic park are both 10/15 min walk).

You will share only with me. I am a friendly and easy-going person who likes to travel, the outdoors, and is into sports and psychology. I travel quite a lot, so it is likely you will have the entire flat to yourself for periods.

I like to keep my flat tidy, peaceful and clean. I enjoy being friends with my flatmate but at the same time respect each other's space.
