Wick Park Accommodation- Premium Ensuite room

Hi! I'm looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Wick Park Student Accommodation from first week of June until 7th September 2024.
It's a premium ensuite in a 8 room flat, with a £420 weekly rent (ALL the bills included).
The building is new and has several amenity offerings such as free in-apartment washer-dryers and smart TVs, 24h concierge, free coffee and bike storage/ hire downstairs, study lounges, games, karaoke and cinema rooms...
It's 12 minutes walk to London College of Fashion, 15 to Loughborough University London, LMA and UCL, 10 to Hackney Week Station and 25 to Stratford and Westfield. The neighbourhood is very calm and safe at night, and it's full of creatives and art studios.
My room is on the fifth floor and the last one in the corridor, so it's quieter than the others. It's 15 square meters, with the private bathroom inside. The kitchen is shared with 7 people on the same floor, and has induction hobs, 2 fridges, microwave, oven, toaster, air fryer and a kettle, washing/ drying machines, sofa and tv.
If you want, I can leave inside the room useful things that I bought like the side table, a plant holder, clothes hangers and airer...
