Gorgeous room in spacious house next to Vicky Park

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my soon-to-be old room in a lovely house right next to Vicky Park, in Bow - it is literally 2 blocks away and you don't even have to go to the street ( you can access the park from within the estate).

It’s a quite spacious three-storey house, with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 toilets (one bathroom and one small toilet with no shower) and a little garden in the back.

One of the bedrooms is on the top (occupied) and the other two on the first floor - mine is one of those.

One of the flatmates works in the hospitality industry and the other with technology.

Bills are around £100-120 month, so you will be paying around £900 total a month.
