Hi girls, we have a huge room available to rent in our warehouse style photography studio in Hackney Wick.
The room is situated on the mezzanine level of the studio, it is a really cool place to live in , loved by artists, models, people working in the creative industry.

The whole studio is an amazing industrial space style with huge windows and tonnes of natural light.
One bathroom with laundry machine and bathtub and kitchen to share with us when we are in.

These kind of lofts are usually occupied by 6/8 people.
Ours instead will be occupied only BY me and you and we will use the ground floor for our photography, kitchen and bathroom to share. We use the ground floor as our photography studio during the day.
We go in and out the studio with no restrictions , models and clients will come , photo shoots will take place, however no people will access your living space upstairs.

That's why is very important that the person who takes it understand the nature of this place as we have been there 8 years already and mainly rented the mezzanine to models, designers, artists people working full time in creative fields.

We use the ground floor as photographic studio so at nights you will have the whole huge space only for yourself.

We are very easy going but really keen in having clean and respectful people.
