Bright Room with Balcony Garden & CanaryWharf View

Hi there

I have a spare room to let in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment.

The room is South East facing and it is brightly lit throughout the day. It has a glass sliding door which opens out to a well-loved balcony garden. The room has views to the canal and Canary Wharf.

I'm looking for a clean and tidy professional to rent this room. Hopefully someone who does not bring too many guests to the house. Weekday only lets are preferred but I'm happy for weekday+weekend lets with the right tenant.

The flat is 5-8 mins walk to Langdon Park DLR. It is also 15 mins walk to Canary Wharf. There are off street parking in the area. Parking is also available in the car park but this has to be rented separately from someone else. The flat is also about 15-20 mins walk to Mile End tube station. Alternatively buses 323, 277, D7 takes you to Mile End where you have a choice of the Central, Hammersmith and City Line and the District Line.

There are 2 Tesco Expresses and a Lidl within 5 mins walk from the flat. There is also a big Tesco about 10 mins walk away. There are at least 2 Cash & Carry nearby, the closest is about half a min away. There's Waitrose, Marks and Spencer and a Tesco Metro in Canary Wharf. We are also about 15 mins walk to West India Quay Cineworld.

The development has a shared communal garden which is gated. My block has a communal roof terrace with views of the Olympic Park. There's a concierge from Mon to Sat noon. We also have security guards. So the development is safe round the clock.

I'm a professional female working from Monday to Fri 9 to 6pm. Some nights I come home around 9-10pm if I go to the gym. I rarely bring guests home. My brother visits me on average once a week but he does not stay over.
