The flat is located on Fish Island in Hackney Wick, overlooking the Olympic Stadium. Hackney Wick is known for its arts scene, Home to the highest density of artists and creatives in Europe supposedly. It's a 10 minute walk to Hackney Wick Overground station, several bus routes and a 15 minute walk through the Olympic park to Stratford station. Victoria Park and Westfield Stratford City are only a stone’s throw away and Brick Lane, Spitalfield’s Market, Broadway Market and Victoria Park Village are all close by too.

The bedroom is pretty awesome, two walls are floor to ceiling glass, on the corner of the building overlooking the Olympic Park and Fish Island. The flat is very modern with a large spacious living, dining and kitchen area that catches the sun when it's out. The Block of flats are new, clean and very secure (not council or ex-council). The friendly porter collects all mail and holds it until you are able to pick it up. There is space to sit outside and take in the Olympic park and there are café’s, bars, art galleries and a great pub called Crate all within 5 minutes walk away.

You'll be living with me, Si, a 26 year old professional. I am pretty chilled out, like most people I like music, films and socialising. I also love to cook and have friends round for dinner. I have amazing next door neighbours and there is a great community spirit in the block with everyone looking out for each other. We often have a drink at the amazing variety of pubs in the area and are pretty much a sociable bunch who still respect each other’s privacy. I am looking for a down to earth couple who are clean, chilled out and have somewhat similar interests to me.
