In Brief:
Our contract has come to an end and we have TWO lovely south facing room available in our sunny, quiet house. Sharing with two very friendly and chilled but hard working adults.
Please note this isn’t a party house.
Please read first:
This house would probably suit someone of a mature age as we’re hard working people with busy lives. We’d like someone kind and nice who will also find time to look after the house, chip in with the cleaning and tidying of both the house and garden without asking and pay the bills on time.
We’re a mixed group of guys and gals aged from late twenties to early forties with a common interest in sport and fitness.

The Rooms and price:
Medium sized, south facing doubles in a quiet Victorian House within a friendly neighbourhood.
RENT: £847 pcm (not including bills)
DEPOSIT : £800
BILLS: ~ £123/month
The House:
Located on a quiet street near Chatsworth Road and Homerton High Street, it’s a spacious four-bedroom house with a sunny south facing garden. The house has a living room, downstairs toilet, big kitchen, and shared upstairs bathroom.
The house is kept clean and tidy, it’s a sociable and friendly vibe, but not a party house.
The Room:
The room is well sized and has lot natural light throughout the day whilst being nice and quiet. The carpets were only put down a couple of years ago, so are in very good condition. We have a brand new fridge / freezer and brand new cooking hob.
The room comes unfurnished.
The Area:
We are a 10-minute walk to Homerton station and a 5-minute walk to Chatsworth Road, which has loads of lovely little shops, restaurants and bars. London fields is a 10-minute cycle, and Hackney Marshes is a 10-minute cycle in the other direction.
Availability:
The rooms will be available between 10th -15th June on a 12 month let, which may role over. Rent is paid on the 10th of each month, although minus a week if moving in later than the 10th. If you move in before the 10th then rent will be back dated to include the time prior to the 10th and payable to the outgoing tenant.
Extra notes:
I’m afraid we won't accept couples or people who work from home full time due to the size of the house (a few days a week is fine!).
Jamie is the head tenant of the house as recognised by the agents as they prefer one point of communication for house matters and reporting in any faults (which get fixed immediately). e. g the last 6 months we’ve had a brand new fridge/freezer, cooker hob and various cosmetic extras. All the bills are in the lead tenants name which are paid on the first of the month so all we ask is that these are paid as soon as requested.
