En Suite Double Room - 11mins to theCity, 15 to CW

I have recently bought a house and am lovingly renovating it. I have one friend living with me, but we are also looking for another person when the last bits are finished in a few weeks.

The room is a good sized double and has an en suite bathroom. It is in a Victorian House with lots of character, high ceilings and large windows. I have bought a brand new storage bed and mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and shelves so there is plenty of space for all your things.

There is a large through lounge, with a 50" flat screen Smart TV and Netflix. The Kitchen has a dishwasher and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a large garden.

3 minutes to Stratford (inc the bars, restaurants and shopping at Westfield)
11 minutes to Liverpool Street
15 minutes to Canary Wharf
20 minutes to Shoreditch/Hoxton
25 minutes to Oxford Street

Included in the rent is Unlimited Fibre Optic Broadband, Water, Council Tax, Gas and Electricity and a Cleaner.

Cassie and I are both professionals who work in the City. She is a great cook, and makes amazing cakes! We do both tend to be out at least a couple of evenings a week, but have Monday evenings as flat nights where we will take it in turns to cook , would be great if someone in this room is keen to get involved and become friends as well as housemates. We do tend to be out at weekends (at the age when we can only do Friday or Saturday, not both!) and we like to try new restaurants/pop up events so again someone who has similar interests and wants to join us would be great. We also are trying to be motivated to go on the 5k Park Run every Saturday, so anyone who wants to join will be welcome! I also play tennis for a club and we are always looking for new members!! We are also friends with our neighbors and have a group of mates in the local area. We are also friends with the manager of the local (very trendy) pub which comes with great benefits!

As this is my home I am looking for someone who will treat it with respect, but I also want it to feel like your home as well. Ideally you will be a bit more mature so we don’t feel too old (!) and also be a professional so we will have similar timetables. The finishing touches will complete mid September, and was thinking a move in date of early October, but this is flexible and if you are the right person and need to move in earlier, we can accommodate!
