Doube Room, Zone 3, Sociable House

Hi, We have a double room to rent in a 3 bed house, sharing with myself (29), my boyfriend(31) and his brother(27). We are all professionals. We are all from N. Ireland, have been in London over a year. We do go home the odd weekend so you will have the house to yourself on the occasional weekend.

All rooms are doubles; we have one spare next week. House has a kitchen, living room, one bathroom with shower and bath and a spare room we are planning putting a sofa bed and TV in so we aren't all confined to the one living room. There is also a garden out the back.

Our house is always clean and tidy. During the week we chill in front of the TV. Friday, Saturday and Sunday we like a drink and craic, the house won’t be quiet on these nights as there is normally music going. We are all easy going. All 3 of us smoke but do so out the back of the house.

The No 25 or 86 bus is at the top of the street which takes you to Stratford or Manor Park or Woodgrange Rd stations are a 5 min walk.

We want somebody who wants to be part of a friendly atmosphere and enjoys working hard but playing hard also, not somebody who will isolate themselves and confine themselves to their bedroom. I would like a female tenant purely for selfish reasons.. so I have somebody to have a girlie chat with over a glass of wine.
