I am a second-year Cass Business School student who spent a brilliant year living at Paul St. East, however leaving for the summer and would love if someone could take up my rent at this amazing accommodation.

The studio is available from the 21st of May till July 22nd.
Paul Street East is a 2015-16 new build student accommodation located in the heart of London, sitting right between Shoreditch and 'The City'. Offering fantastic access to the some of the world's leading financial, accounting, and legal practices, meaning the accommodation would work fantastic for anyone with a summer internship in the area.

Paul Street East offers a brilliant access to the London Public Transport network, through Old Street, Shoreditch High Street, Moorgate and Liverpool Street as well as Rail connections out of London. There is also a large selection of Supermarkets and shops within walking distance of the accommodation.

The room itself is a very smart studio apartment, which utilises the space exceptionally well. It is located on the third floor of East building, windows facing the lovely inner garden.
The room includes:
- student double bed with under storage
- studying desk with chair
- lots of storage shelves and large wardrobe
- en suite bathroom with a shower
- kitchen with stainless steel hob, combined microwave and oven, kettle and fridge-freezer, and a breakfast bar with stool

The accommodation offers its own private tucked away garden area, two large rooftops overlooking London, with sunbeds and beanbags. There is also a large social area with and oversized TV, table tennis and a foosball table, and a separate quite study area. The accommodation also offers a 24/7 gym and onsite laundry room.

The reception is open weekdays, and receives and sorts mail, as well as helping out with any queries with the accommodation. There is also 24/7 onsite security.

The finalizing of the let agreement should go through the Management Team of Paul St. East.
