Large sunny room on Broadway Market

1 Big room coming free in this big Broadway Market flat.

My current flatmate's found himself a place of his own, so the 2nd rooms come available. Open to short or longer term

I've lived here for a few years now so the house is nicely set up. I work freelance in film/TV so can either be working from my room, or away for days/weeks at a time. Looking for a single person to fill the second room coming available mid May. I'd like to keep the place nice and relaxed, definitely not a party house.

There's a good sized kitchen with gas stove top, a big living and dining area, one good sized bathroom and 2 big double bed rooms. There's room outside, or in, to store bikes, and a few storage areas around for other stuff too. The lounge has double glazed windows and the heating works a treat.

The Saturday market is right out the front door, London Fields is 1 minute down the road, it's about an 8 minute walk to either Cambridge Heath or London Fields overground stations, 15 to the Bethnal Green underground (central line), and there's a heap of bus routes just outside too.
