Beautiful room in a luxury apartment in the heart of Hackney. Just a 3 minute walk from Hackney Central station and a short walk from London Fields and the bustle of Broadway market. Available from the 2nd June. If you need it earlier let me know - dates are flexible

The property:
The apartment is situated in the middle floor of a 3 story Victorian Conversion. It has a total of two bedrooms. The back bedroom (my room), and the front bedroom which I am renting out as my current flatmate is moving on. There is one shared bathroom, which has been recently renovated and has great water pressure. A shared living room space which the sun streams into on a bright day with a super comfy green velvet sofa, TV and small desk area which we occasionally work from. This leads through into the kitchen with ample cupboard space, a washing machine and fridge freezer.

The room:
The room is situated at the front of the house and is very bright with high ceilings. The sun streams into the room through the huge south facing window throughout the whole day. It is a large room with a double bed that is brand new (both mattress and frame). The mattress is an Emma memory foam mattress and is incredibly comfortable. There is lots of storage with a mirrored wardrobe and drawers, as shown in the photos. There is a small fold out desk in the room with space to add a bigger one, should you choose to.

The area:
The property is located just a 3 minute walk from Hackney Central Station and around a 5 minute walk from London Fields park. We are around 10-15 minutes from Broadway which has a great bustle at the weekend with food and trinket markets on Saturdays and Sundays. There is great nightlife around the area, if that interests you. It has the perfect mix of slightly more homely and residential still with lots to do and loads of spots to eat out and go for drinks or a coffee

The flatmate:
I have lived in this property since Jun 2019 and am the owner. I enjoy a quiet night in watching Netflix or cooking or heading out to hot yoga at my favourite studio, hotpod, which is just round the corner. I am also impartial to a couple of drinks, or a nice roast/trip down to Colombia Road flower market on a Sunday. I currently works as an investment associate for the non-profit, the Green Finance Institute

Bills:
Most bills are included in the monthly rent with the exception of gas and electric which will be covered on a monthly basis as the bills come in.

Please note downstairs are currently doing a renovation. For the duration of any disruption (which is mainly at the back so the room is not overly affected), I will reduce the rent to £1100 per month. It will likely continue for 16 weeks/4mo from now.
