Looking for someone to take over my spacious double room in North East London (long term tenancy) from 18th May. You’ll be sharing with 2 lovely professional girls in their twenties.

The double room is spacious and comes furnished with a double bed (it’s one of those beds that lifts up and has loads of storage space underneath - a life saver!) and one chest of drawers (the 2nd chest of drawers is mine but I need to sell it before moving out so I’m happy to leave it here for £35. Same as the coat rack (not shown in pics) and office chai, selling each for £10

Rent is £667
Bills are around £90 on top every month
Deposit £600 (to be paid to current tenant)

It’s a 4 bedroom flat, but one of the small bedrooms we use as a living room 😊 so you’ll only be sharing with 2 other girls.

The flat is located in Palmers Green, a short walk to the train station with quick direct trains to Moorgate, and great quick connections to the Piccadilly and Victoria lines. There are also loads of shops, supermarkets, great brunch spots and very nice charity shops on the high street which is a short walk from the flat!
