Unfurnished spacious and bright room (1 window and 1 skylight) available in Haringey warehouse district.
795 incl all bills and council tax (cleaner 2x per month).
We have a preference for creative professionals in their 30s. Currently the house ages range from 20s - 40s so it is important to us to try and keep that balance - no couples or pets unfortunately (we already have Chiku the dog and Rupert the cat!).
The warehouse contains: 1 large living room area connected to a large kitchen, big communal studio, 1 bathroom/shower, 1 shower, 3 toilets.
This is not a party house, more like the tea tent at a festival. Community and shared time together is an important aspect of living here but we usually keep the parties out of the house! Similarly, we all have busy lives and appreciate everyone’s need for personal space sometimes.
Transport links are more than convenient - 10 minutes walk to Piccadilly line, 20 minutes walk to Victoria line. Buses 253, 254, 259, 279, 29 and 141.
