Double room with ensuite bathroom in beautiful three level Victorian flat in a calm, leafy Stoke Newington street. Share with two quiet professionals and our two cats. Access to a sunny terrace and green, secluded garden from a bright, modern kitchen with dining table.

We are calm, clean and tidy and enjoy reading, music, travel, skiing and cycling.

The flat is well-equipped with all you would expect - washing machine, dishwasher, broadband, etc.

We are looking for a quiet professional to share our home with. You must love cats too, as we will ask you to catsit from time to time.

Our flat is not a typically social house share - we are both busy professionals who like to use our home for downtime.

The flat has limited storage space - there is under bed storage in the room, some shelves and a chest of drawers but no standard wardrobe because of the shape of the loft room.

But apart from that, it's a lovely room, house and area :-)
