This is a refurbished modern sunny MUST SEE en-suite double room. It has a generous size en suite shower, bath, basin, toilet, towel warmer and popup rail for clothes. It comes fully equipped with small double bed, double wardrobe, table (optional), chair, mirror, bedside cabinet and it has a brand new laminate flooring.

The bills included are electricity, water, gas, c. tax and Internet. There is a large kitchen with a table, a washer and a fridge/freezer. There is a biweekly cleaning service for the corridors & kitchen.

The house is located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood at the end of a cul-de-sac road, while at the same time it's very close to the shops and bus stops. Nearest station is White Hart Lane (15 mins to Kings Cross, 20 mins to Oxford Circus) nearest tube 7 Sisters & Tottenham Hale.

To secure the room, a deposit is required, plus the first month’s rent. Six months minimum contract. Note that the room is for a single person - no couples please. Also no smokers.

Note that due to the room been recently redecorated, there are still some small decorative details that we are adding (i. e. chair, mirror) or improving. It is however ready for someone to move in.
