Hi there, we have a large double room available from 16th May in our lovely converted warehouse in Arena Design Centre (N4).
The room is one of the largest in the house and has a lightwell and skylight.
Our place has more of an apartment vibe - a large living area with double height ceilings, more desk space for those who need to work from home, a massive kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate laundry room. There’s also space to store bikes.
You’ll be able to enjoy a communal balcony and there’s space for private parking if needed. We also have a cleaner who comes every other week.
You’ll be sharing the space with 8 really lovely and welcoming people and a house rabbit named Oti.
We're aged between 25-31 and love getting together for house dinners, film nights or drinks on the weekend but we’re not a party house. Looking for someone who wants to get involved with house activities and commit to at least 6 months.
