You have your own private bathroom (separate to the bedroom, but right next to it), balcony, and the building has a concierge. It’s a 15 mins walk from kings cross station, coal drops yard, a mega waitrose and lots of cool restaurants!

Price: 400pounds/week. Including bills and council tax. 100 pounds deposit required.

Flat/room description: A modern, new, comfortable and secure flat near Kings cross. There is a 24/7 concerige. Microwave, oven, dishwashing machine, washing machine (including the dryer function) are all available for your use. The balcony and the bathroom are big. Monthly cleaner included.
