- While high-speed internet is included, utilities are on a 'pay as you go' basis, allowing for better control over personal usage and expenses.

Who I'm Looking For:
- Preferably a male roommate, but open to anyone who is respectful and clean.
- A university student or someone who understands the student lifestyle would be ideal.
- Must be reliable and respectful of agreements (punctuality with rent and keeping communal areas clean is crucial).
- Someone who values privacy but also enjoys the occasional social gathering or meal together.
