The rooms range from a small double bedroom with a single bed to large double bedroom with a double bed, but note all are for single occupancy, good size desk, and comfortable wheely chair, ample shelving for all your personal and study materials, a large wardrobe and plenty of sockets for your laptop and other electrical items.

The chair and desk will be upgraded to what you would prefer for your stay, over the summer we are letting the rooms on a short term basis to London visitors.

There is a large brand new fully fitted shared modern kitchen/dining room incl dishwasher and 1 WCs and a large bathroom with top quality washing machine and separate dryer.

All rooms are for single occupancy only.

The large kitchen serves as a diner and lounge area.

Price of the rooms are based on a minimum term covering three months

A contribution of £25 per week towards bills will be also payable. The deposit payable is protected. Full references are taken. 1 or more months rent is payable in advance depending on stay length and status.
