Lovely and calm room to rent in Zone 2 on the Jubilee Line

Looking for a friendly, kind, considerate female with a sense of humour to live with us.
A stylish Edwardian house on a safe and quiet street on a hill, there are wooden floors throughout, wi-fi, washing machine, kitchen, dish washer, shower room, living room, tv, Netflix etc. all happy for you to share, the house has a sweet garden and is close to loads of local amenities. Sainsbury's, banks, library, bars, coffee shops and cafes all very close.
There is a local sports centre with a running club and swimming pool nearby
If you like the outdoors and want wider space than the garden there are 3 beautiful parks nearby, Queens Park, Roundwood and Gladstone,
Great transport connections from Willesden Green on the Jubilee line (5 mins) or Kensal Rise overground train 10 mins. Loads of buses to West End and walking distance to Portobello/Notting Hill. The night bus 52 stops 3 minutes away

Would be sharing with creative /designer female Julie and my 2 student daughters, we are all easy going, fun and friendly. We are well travelled and open minded
It's a clean and comfortable home to come back to.
Peaceful, with friends but not a party house.
Spanish speaker is a bonus
Looking for longer term but short term could work too.
