Room in large detached house opposite park.

This is my own house but I am often away. Its a large detached house in a nice residential area opposite the park. You are to share all the house not a bedsit!

The 232 bus stops outside and the 332 and 245 stop nearby. 332 goes to Kilburn tube on the Jubilee line and the 245 goes to Golders Green on the Northern line!

Dollis Hill and Neasden tube stations on the Jubilee Line are about 12-14 minutes walk.

Unrestricted car parking is available close by. If you have a bicycle then I will show you where you can put it outside but no bicycles inside my house please!

This is a small room but I also have, as an alternative, a much larger single room for £105 per week and also a large double room available for a couple at £160 per week.

The rent covers reasonable use of all facilities excluding electricity for fan heaters and gas for heating which are extra but you can control your usage yourself.

We ask for non-smokers and thats because we only want people who do not smoke anywhere!
