I am looking for someone to take my room in the flat that I share with my sister.

The room is a double room with a small en-suite (toilet, sink and shower) and a fitted wardrobe. The flat is split-level with the main bathroom, living room and kitchen downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs.

It is located on the Finchley Road and is a short bus journey from Finchley Road tube station (Jubilee line/Metropolitan line) and Golders Green tube station (Northern line).

Bus stops are very close to the flat and buses go to Golders Green, High Street Kensington, Notting Hill, Chelsea, West Hampstead, Aldwych, Trafalgar Square, Oxford Circus, Marble Arch, Victoria and Westfield (White City/Shepherds Bush). Swiss Cottage and Hampstead are also not that far on the tube and bus.

In Golders Green there is a big Sainsbury's, National Express coach station and quite a few cafes and restaurants. On Finchley Road there is a large Waitrose next to Finchley Road tube station and a big Sainsbury's inside the O2 Centre. Inside the O2 Centre you also have a Virgin Active Health Club, a VUE Cinema and restaurants and shops.

The room is available now until 31st May 2015. The rent is £688. 00 per month. This includes Council Tax and Internet. It does not include water, gas and electricity. These are paid quarterly.
