Large Double Room in West Hampstead House

Large double room in our lovely semi detached house in a private mews in West Hampstead.

We are looking for a third house mate to take a large double room in our West Hampstead house. The room comes with a double bed and bedside table, but can discuss if you want to bring your own.

The house is 10 minutes walk to Kilburn station (Jubilee), 10 minutes walk to Cricklewood station (City Thames Link) or a 15 minute walk to West Hampstead Village which has Jubilee / City Thames Link / Overground. The Village itself has lots of nice bars, pubs and restaurants, and Hampstead Heath is within stomping distance.

The house itself is in a quiet private mews and there is lots of on-street parking with a permit. We have a court yard garden, conservatory, garage, a large lounge and dining room and two bathrooms.

We are both 30: a guy and a girl. Matt and Amy. We both work full time in town. Matt is obsessed with everything outdoors; running, cycling, swimming and triathlon. Amy is a florist and event stylist which means we have no shortage of flowers!

We’re looking for someone of a similar age. No preference on guys or girls. Room is available now and we would like to fill within the next few weeks. Monthly rent is £840, deposit is one months rent up front and bills come in just over £100 for everything.
