Quiet Female Flatshare in Belsize Park 😊

Hi ladies :)

We have one double room available from October 1st for a female professional aged between 28 to 36 years old in our lovely 4-bed flat share in gorgeous Belsize Park.

The flat is a 6 min walk from Belsize Park tube station (Northern Line) and about 8 mins from Hampstead Heath overground station. Hampstead Heath itself is also about 10 minutes away and has lots of walking/running paths, some swimming ponds, and a really great view over London! We have a lovely high street in Belsize Park and we’re a short walk from Hampstead, both of which have lots of lovely little cafés, shops, a cinema and restaurants to explore.

In the flat, there's a spacious shared living room, a kitchen with dining table and dishwasher, and one shared bathroom. The available bedroom is on a quiet street overlooking trees with the peaceful sounds of birds chirping outside, and 3 beautiful long windows. It will include a double bed and a large freestanding wardrobe and an optional chest of drawers (or additional space to work from home - see bedroom photo captions for details).

As for the flatmates, we are Anwen, Elisabeth, and Rosie. Anwen is a Research Facilitator that enjoys walks on the heath, weekend brunches/cosy pubs and is learning to play the piano (don’t worry, she practises with headphones 😉). Elisabeth works in the footwear industry, and she loves fitness, especially aerials, yoga, and flying trapeze. And Rosie works in comms and likes writing, the outdoors, and theatre.

We are all kind, no drama people, beyond the party years, preferring a cup of tea over a glass of wine. We like to keep the lounge just for the flatmates, reserving socialision with others for outside the flat. Our house is a quiet home and we would love our new housemate to help maintain the cozy vibe.

We're looking for someone clean and tidy, who works and sleeps regular hours, and is happy to contribute to the weekly cleaning rota.

The room is available from 1st October. The rent is £579 and bills come to roughly £100 a month depending on the season, so the total monthly payments will be about £679 (an absolute steal for this area!). We also share household items such as loo roll and cleaning products, which costs about £10/month per person. Deposit is £645.
