Cosy Double room in Friendly Chalk Farm Home

We’re an easy going, friendly bunch looking for someone to join our lovely Chalk Farm home.

In summary:

We have 1 room available from the 7th December 2021 - a top floor room facing onto the lovely, quiet street.

- Viewing dates: Msg to arrange in person viewings

- Rent: £639 per month plus bills (gas, water, electricity, fast broadband, and council tax, and cleaning)
- Bills: £90 per month but does vary.

The house is on a beautiful Georgian cul de sac full of colourful houses, blossom trees, and friendly neighbours. No traffic noise.

You would be sharing with the five of us - lovely mixed bunch of creative professionals. We're living our own lives but love coming together and throwing lavish dinners (or a cheeky takeaway night) when the mood takes us. All-in-all we made lockdown bearable and we love a good pub trip or fire pit in the garden.

Although we are all good friends, everyone can enjoy their own space too. It's a settled and welcoming home with a creative and friendly vibe.

We're five minutes' walk from Chalk Farm tube and Kentish Town West Overground, and 10 minutes' walk to the middle of Camden. We're a short walk to Primrose Hill, with Regents Park and Hampstead Heath also close-by.

The room is both quiet and cosy with lovely windows. The room comes unfurnished at the moment but the agency's furniture can be added by the agency (bed and wardrobe) for a fee. There is additional storage space on the top landing too.

The house has a large kitchen where we spend time together cooking and sharing the odd glass of wine. There’s a cosy living room in the basement where we have a projector for movie nights. (a lockdown project!) We also have a leafy back garden with a glorious fire pit - perfect for fish bbq's.
