The room is £585 pcm for a single person or £685 pcm for a couple and is available from 01/08/2014.

The house is situated in leafy Dartmouth Park. It is an 8-minute walk from Hampstead Heath with plenty of amenities and pubs nearby. The house also has good transport links: Northern Line (Tufnell Park & Archway), Overground (Gospel Oak) and numerous bus routes.
