A double room in a lovely house (weekdays only)

Hi,

We have a double bedroom (available Monday - Friday) in a very clean and lovely two bedroom semi-detached house. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac about 10 minutes walk from Mill Mill East tube station (Northern Line).

The room is a good sized 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor and has laminate flooring. The room is furnished with a wooden bed frame, a mattress, a double wardrobe and a computer workstation. The room also has an airing cupboard.

A very bright and good sized bathroom is also on the 1st floor.

The house has a large living room with double French doors leading to the kitchen diner with modern appliancesm, and access to a downstairs toilet.

There is plenty of storage space as we have a large garage at back of the garden.

We have wireless broadband.

We are a very clean, non-smoking, easy going professional young couple. Love sports and travelling.
We are looking for a clean, considerate and non-smoking house mate, professionals only, who would like to rent the room for Monday to Fridays, or Sunday to Thursday basis.
Although we are flexible and would consider renting the room on fewer days per week basis to the right person, and of course the rent will reflect the arrangements.
