Available NOW! We are a family, looking for a house mate in a nice Maisonette in SE1, would suit a STUDENT/PROFESSIONAL. In general we try to view it as a shared home, rather than a stranger renting a room. Sadly, our current house mate is moving abroad. We have a range of interests, from yoga and socialising to reading and eating out. There is a Gym and Basketball/Tennis Courts less than 5 mins away (Borough Market and Bankside for Tate Modern, OXO Tower and so much more are all a short walking distance away). Night Clubs and Bars are all within easy reach. Ideally we would like a friendly easy going individual who is as happy go lucky as we are.

The room is spacious, furnished with a large double bed, writing desk, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The bathroom, kitchen and separate WC (extra) are shared. It is a 2 min walk to Four Bus Stops which regularly serve The City inc Kings Cross, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden and within easy reach of Kings College London University, Guy's Hospital and St Thomas' Hospital (bus numbers 381, N381, RV1, 363, 63. N63, N89, 45, 100). It is also a 10 min walk to Elephant & Castle Tube/British Rail Stations and Shopping Centre, a 5 min walk from London Bridge Station and a short bus ride from Waterloo Station. Southwark Underground Station (Jubilee line) is a 3 min walk away as well as Blackfriars Railway Station. The room cost is £680 a month and all other bills are inclusive.
