We are in the search for a new flatmate for a lovely and spacious double room in this beautiful, naturally light fitted flat.

About the flat
The building is a period school, where the newly converted bright flats are overlooking a beautiful communal garden, there is also one allocated parking space that comes with the flat and it will be available for you to use.

Located just 3 min walk away from Deptford Bridge DLR station, which takes you through Canary Wharf till Bank station in the centre in about 25 min.
Greenwich train station is also about 10 min walk from the flat, and so is Greenwich Park.

The flat has 3 bedrooms all together, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 1 big open plan kitchen with the island in the middle.
You would be sharing the bathroom with one other flatmate only, and the kitchen plus living/living room areas with the two of us. The flat is a build in maisonette style so some bedroom walls are connected with the living room.

The bedroom
The bedroom is available furnished or unfurnished. The furniture available would be: double bed and mattress, there is a bedside table with a nightlamp, storage unit, large standing mirror and also a clothes rail.
(There is an attic which can be used to store any of these items, or any other furniture if needed)

About your housemates
We are both single professionals, Emily works Monday to Friday in the office, maybe once a week from home and I am away most of the week working late hours in hospitality. We both like to keep the house clean and tidy, enjoy having movie nights in, cooking together. We both naturally enjoy each others company but also respect our private space and time when needed.
We also have a lovely cat, Argentina who is the real Queen of the house with a very independent personality. She is off course house trained and very well behaved. (See picture attached)

Our preference
For the new flatmate we like someone who is also a professional, ideally a kind, thoughtful and chilled person. We would like someone who is friendly and also clean, considerate about energy and waste. The flat is a build in maisonette style so some bedroom walls are connected with the living room, so we'd prefer someone who isn't too sensitive to noises.
Someone with similar working hours to myself (mainly evenings and weekends) would be slightly better fit with our lifestyle but all professionals are welcome.

The room is available from the 2nd of June (with the possibility of moving in earlier). We do require the first month rent of £850 to be paid and the deposit of £838 ideally 3 days before the move in date.
On top of the rent the bills max £150/per month which includes broadband, electricity, gas, water and council tax.
References also required.
